Your Responsibilities Will Include
Coordinating inbound and outbound Canada/U.S. full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments , from request to delivery.
Dispatching and overseeing dedicated customer orders.
Negotiating competitive rates with carrier partners across Canada and the United States.
Responding to customers' transportation inquiries by phone and email.
Identifying new transportation providers and developing business relationships with them.
Entering customer quotes and orders into the system.
Providing excellent customer service.

Education and Experience
Relevant education, training, or certification in logistics (preferred).
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience working for a transportation brokerage (asset).
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bilingualism (French/English) required.
Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (asset).
Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. geography (asset).
