Real Home Time, Good Pay, Professional Support

We're looking for experienced long-haul drivers who take pride in their work. Most trips run 4–6 days with resets at home—and if you want extended miles, those opportunities are available too. We handle the logistics so you can focus on driving.

What You'll Earn

$20,000-$25,000+/month gross revenue for owner/operators with cross-border experience running safely and efficiently full-time depending on experience, success within our safety bonus system, and monthly miles. This includes our fuel surcharge that's updated weekly.

All fuel discounts using our company fuel cards are fully passed on to you and deducted based on the date purchased. You also have higher earning potential with options like deck or LCV work (not required).

All dispatched miles and dispatched tolls are paid. Our admin fee includes insurance, registration, ELD, border costs, annual prorate, and HHV to keep your pay as stable as possible.

Pay by direct deposit twice per month. What the Work Looks Like

- 11,000–13,000 miles monthly (most of the year)
- 4–6 day trips standard with resets typically at home
- 7–10 day trips available for those that want to keep going
- Primary routes: Manitoba–Texas corridor, Canadian prairies, south/midwest US




- All company-owned or rented trailers
- Dispatch team that gets you loaded quickly and handles the details

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of cross-border driving experience, including winter and mountain conditions
- Commercial border eligibility (US/Canada)
- Clean commercial abstract
- Reliability and professional attitude
- Citizen, permanent resident, or open work permit holder (LMIA not supported)
- Well-maintained truck that we inspect in our shop; as long as it supports an ELD and presents well, it's welcome here

Real Flexibility Solo or super single pace preferred. Teams can be accommodated if understanding some picks/drops will prevent maximum miles. Part-time arrangements available: if you're looking to wind down, we can facilitate you and a buddy in your shared truck and a schedule that fits your life.
