As a Louber, you will be at the forefront of warehouse distribution, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and operational skills to load, unload, and organize goods with precision and safety. Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, clamp trucks, and other machinery safely to load and unload materials
- Perform exact order picking and ensure accurate assembly of shipments according to specifications
- Manage warehouse distribution tasks by organizing inventory within the warehouse using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and condition
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Support construction-related activities when required, utilizing construction experience for specialized handling or setup




- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping & receiving, and heavy equipment operation
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in operating cranes, forklifts, clamp trucks, and other heavy machinery
- Hands-on experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and tracking
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures related to heavy lifting and equipment use
- Prior construction or industrial experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in physically demanding environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards
- Valid certifications for forklift operation or crane use are highly desirable
