Role Description The Lot Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based at Agincourt Mazda in Markham, ON. This position is essential for maintaining a highly organized, efficient, and presentable dealership lot. The primary responsibilities revolve around vehicle logistics and behind-the-scenes lot management.

Day-to-day tasks include moving cars around the dealership,



transporting vehicles to and from detailing or the bodyshop, picking up vehicles from other lots, and ensuring cars are gassed up. You will also be responsible for stocking in keys, moving cars back to the main lot after servicing, and ensuring the lot is always visually appealing and orderly. This role works closely with sales and service staff to ensure smooth dealership operations.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Experience and comfort safely moving and parking vehicles in tight spaces and busy lots.
- Strong organizational skills for handling key management (stocking in keys), vehicle tags, and keeping the lot presentable.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for dealership property.
- Reliability and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods while strictly following safety procedures.
- Previous experience as a lot attendant or in an automotive/dealership environment is a strong asset.
