We are seeking an experienced

Mainframe Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and z/OS.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.

- Support application maintenance, releases, deployments, and production changes.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, business, and operations teams.

- Ensure application availability, stability, and performance.

- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.

Key Skills:

IBM z/OS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, production support, incident management, RCA, and troubleshooting.
