Perform general repairs such as fixing doors, patching drywall, repairing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and painting. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural components.

Assist in maintaining the facility by assembling furniture, installing shelving, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document completed tasks. Support inventory management by organizing tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment.

Assist senior technicians with more complex repair projects to learn best practices.

Handyman Skills & Repair Knowledge: Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance.



Works well in a collaborative environment, supporting and learning from senior technicians while contributing to the team's success. A keen eye for spotting maintenance issues and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
