Position Overview:

This position is responsible for general repair, maintenance and modifications for the entire facility and property/specialty equipment at the location.

General Duties will include but not limited to:

- Painting
- Drywall repairs
- Wall repairs
- Machine Maintenance
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical repairs
- Oversee building maintenance schedule
- Coordinating contractors and services
- Maintaining maintenance inventory and storage areas.

Your attributes:

- Ability to Multi-Task
- Ability to work independently
- Able to lift up to 70-80 lbs
- Minimum Class 5 license - Driver's abstract necessary
- Previous Experience saying no and explaining what actually needs to happen
- Problem Solver Experience

Job Type: Full time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
