Engineering Services Group, Engineering Services Group Engineering Operations Provides process, analysis, support, transparency, and insight on product development in order to maintain a steady stream of deliverables. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. ~8+ years of Engineering Operations, Program Management, or related work experience. ~1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., 1+ year of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
Participates in training development. Collects, analyzes, and consolidates metrics data. Compiles and organizes budget and project information needed to develop budgets.
Participates in the tracking and compiling of engineering expenses and timelines against budgets.
Working under close supervision. some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively; Exercising some creativity to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances. some limited data analysis may be required.
