Our client is a leading edge Hi-Tech Company. Due to impressive growth, an excellent position has arisen for a Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis.
Major responsibilities include preparing/reviewing annual, monthly and quarterly financial statements, management and corporate reporting, preparing/coordinating annual budgets, preparing monthly projections, coordinating quarterly and annual audits with company auditors, promoting and coordinating implementation of accounting systems enhancements, assisting the CFO with special projects, developing/documenting internal controls and maintaining their integrity, etc.
Experience with public company reporting and accounting issues for both Canada and US would be an asset.
