RIC Power Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes across our switchgear production. You will partner with production, quality, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement and support recent product introductions.

You will conduct time studies, lead Lean initiatives, develop SOPs, and work with automation teams to improve efficiency and safety while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
