Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team at Pangeo's Project North in Vaughan, Ontario. Drive efficiency and product innovation through process planning and technical leadership while managing a hands-on start-up setting. As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee manufacturing engineering with accountability for process planning, equipment selection, and production improvement.

Your role is critical in supporting new product launches and enhancing plant productivity. You'll engage in hands-on leadership and technical development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan new-product processes and tooling for production
- Improve efficiency and quality through engineering initiatives




- Provide technical support for product development and launches
- Lead and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team
- Enforce quality and safety standards, including IATF 16949 Requirements:
- 3+ years in technical management in manufacturing
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Hands-on experience with die casting and machining technologies
- Proficiency in IATF 16949, Microsoft 365, CAD software
- English proficiency required, Mandarin is a plus Excel in engineering leadership, process improvement, and team development to shape Pangeo's manufacturing success.
