Krest One Dental is a Dental Management Corporation operating multiple clinics across Ontario, Canada. Each clinic delivers a full suite of dental services, including general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, implants, and emergency care. Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

- Manage and coordinate social media content across corporate and practice-level channels.
- Coordinate photography and video content at dental practices.
- Create or coordinate graphics, presentations, flyers, and digital marketing assets.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond or coordinate responses where appropriate.

Brand & Practice Marketing

- Help establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across the DSO and affiliated practices.
- Develop marketing materials for new and existing dental practices.
- Support practice openings, rebrands, acquisitions, and community marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, patient events, referral initiatives, and community partnerships.
- Work with practice managers and dental teams to identify local marketing opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing communications are qualified, patient-friendly, and aligned with the company's brand standards.

Email & CRM Marketing

- Coordinate patient and prospective-patient email campaigns.
- Assist with newsletters, promotional communications, appointment-related campaigns, and re-engagement initiatives.
- Maintain marketing databases and assist with segmentation and campaign reporting.





Events & Community Engagement

- Coordinate community events, sponsorships, school/community initiatives, and local partnerships.
- Support dental practice events and patient engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate promotional materials, logistics, social media coverage, and post-event follow-up.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with practice managers, dentists, hygienists, office teams, and leadership.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, designers, and other vendors as required.
- Assist leadership with special projects and new growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, healthcare marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
