PH Molds Limited is a custom injection-molding manufacturer located in Pitt Meadows, BC. We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined team member to join our molding department as a Material & Process Support Technician.

This hands-on development role combines material handling, resin mixing, production support and cross-training in shipping and receiving. The successful candidate will work closely with our Processor and develop additional machine-support responsibilities as training and competency are demonstrated.

Schedule The current schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., consisting of four 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid meal break.

Applicants should also be able to work a day or evening schedule if operational requirements change.

Responsibilities

- Support the Processor by anticipating production needs, following priorities and reporting abnormal or unsafe conditions.
- Mix, dry, stage and verify materials according to shop orders, work instructions and traceability requirements.
- Supply molding machines and safely operate, clean and monitor loaders, dryers, grinders and conveying systems.
- Move and record materials and finished goods; maintain accurate inventory and organized work areas.
- Assist with setups and changeovers and, once authorized, perform approved machine stops, resets, restarts and Processor break coverage.
- Cross-train and provide coverage in shipping, receiving,



packaging and other production-support functions.
- Complete required documentation and perform related duties within demonstrated training and authorization.

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment, processes and safe operating limits.
- Positive critical-thinking, prioritization, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills and accurate documentation.
- Dependable team player able to communicate effectively in English and work independently after training.
- Able to perform physical duties, including repeated lifting up to 50 lb; heavier loads require assistance or mechanical aids.
- Forklift, crane, plastics manufacturing and shipping/receiving experience are assets.
- Willing and able to complete required cross-training and certifications.

This role may be a good fit for someone with experience in material handling, warehousing, manufacturing, machine operation, resin mixing, shipping and receiving, or another hands-on production environment.
