Dispatching and overseeing dedicated customer orders. Negotiating competitive rates with carrier partners across Canada and the United States. Responding to customers' transportation inquiries by phone and email.





Identifying new transportation providers and developing business relationships with them. Entering customer quotes and orders into the system. Providing excellent customer service. Strong networking abilities.

Professional and comfortable communicating by phone. Patient and customer-focused. Relevant education, training, or certification in logistics (preferred).

Experience working for a transportation brokerage (asset). Bilingualism (French/English) required. Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (asset). S. geography (asset).
