What We Offer

- Base hourly wage: $18–$20/hour plus commission on treatment and product retail sales
- High commission on self-generated treatment sales: 15–25% based on performance
- Retail commission: 5%-10% on product sales
- Monthly bonuses for performance and package sales
- Ongoing marketing, tools, social media exposure and team support to help you grow your clientele
- Ongoing Training on Equipment and Technology

Responsibilities

- Knowledgeable about clinic's treatments and services. Answer any clients questions about treatment or product or seek assistance to answer any questions.
- Documentation must be impeccable; log all treatments and settings/products and take photos
- Perform advanced skin treatments including microneedling (SkinPen), medical-grade facials, and laser procedures in a safe manner
- Keep Treatment Rooms well maintained; stocked and Disinfect all surfaces and tools between Each client
- Educate clients on treatment plans, pre/post care and professional skincare application
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the injectables team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Participate in clinic-driven marketing (we provide tools, templates, and support)
- Learn how to book, reschdule, chart, and cash clients out with JaneApp

Requirements

- Certified Medical Aesthetician (Ontario-recognized)
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a clinical or spa setting preferred
- Experience with SkinPen Microneedling, iSclinical and Ndyag/Alexandrite Laser is an asset
- Passionate about skincare, results-driven treatments, and client education
- Social media confidence or willingness to learn (we help with this)
- Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and professionalism
