About the Role

As a Medical Esthetician at DecodeMode Victoria, you will be a key part of our team, delivering a wide range of aesthetic services. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Client Consultations: Conducting thorough consultations to understand clients' skin concerns and goals.
- Treatment Delivery: Performing laser hair removal, a variety of facial treatments (e.g., medical-grade facials, microdermabrasion), and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments for skin rejuvenation, Microneedling, Advanced Laser treatments and much more.
- Customized Plans: Developing tailored treatment plans and recommending at-home skincare routines.
- Client Education: Educating clients on our services and products to help them achieve the best possible results.
- Safety & Sanitation: Upholding the highest standards of safety, hygiene,



and sanitation in all treatments.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed client records.

Qualifications

- Certification: Certified and licensed as a Medical Esthetician in British Columbia.
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum of 1 year) in a clinical or medical spa setting, with hands-on experience in laser hair removal, facials, and IPL treatments.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for client care.
- Professionalism: A reliable, punctual, and professional approach to your work.
