Objectives: Office administrator assistant coordinates activities and third-party personnel to the company in a qualified manner, reporting to the Office Manager.

Education: BA in Business administration or related fields.

Skills: Telephone skills, customer service, attention to details

Word, Excel, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Experience: Experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities:





- Coordination of medical appointments
- Scheduling medical appointments, including any related communication with clients, providers and involved team members
- Preparing medical briefs for scheduled appointments
- Arranging transportation for appointments
- Any relating tasks as related to coordination of appointments
- Database information enters and changes, internal and external customer interface
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $20.00 per hour
