Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and aesthetic services that enhance our guests' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help educate clients on skincare routines, recommend personalized treatments, and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, relaxation massage, eyelash extensions ( not a must) , chemical peels, and Oxygeneo facials, Rf skin tightening treatments, micronedling, dermaplaining.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and maintenance to promote long-term results.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell recommended skincare products and services to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a warm, inviting atmosphere and addressing client needs promptly.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs.




- Support team efforts by participating in promotional events, offering product demos, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

- Strong command of English
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry; previous aesthetician or cosmetology certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, facials, chemical peels, nail care, lash lift and tint, and other aesthetic services.
- Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and product recommendations.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail in treatments.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
