Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist/Clinical Assistant to support our healthcare team in providing exceptional patient care and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will assist with patient interactions, perform basic laboratory procedures, and ensure smooth clinic workflows. Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer calls in a professional manner , schedule patients accordingly
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing, including phlebotomy
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using medical terminology
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of clinical equipment and work areas
- Support inventory management of medical supplies and materials




- Record vitals and document appropriately.
- Educate patients on pre-procedure instructions and follow-up care as directed by providers

Qualifications

- Prior clinical experience in medical clinic
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care protocols
- Experience with phlebotomy is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or background in healthcare or related field is advantageous
