Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant to join our fast-paced healthcare team. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for a seasoned professional who can immediately step in and manage a busy workflow.

We operate under an integrated, collaborative model alongside our partnered pharmacy, requiring a strong team-player mindset. You will work within a structured 2:1 Doctor to MOA ratio, providing dedicated and efficient support to two physicians. Please note: Extensive proficiency with Juno EMR is absolutely mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level, dedicated administrative support to two physicians (2:1 Doctor to MOA ratio).
- Collaborate daily with our integrated pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care and swift prescription processing.
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, charting, and records exclusively using Juno EMR.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and manage billing/remittances accurately using ClinicAid.
- Answer multi-line phones, triage calls, and coordinate referrals or follow-ups efficiently.




- Work proactively with clinical staff, pharmacists, and fellow administrators to maintain a cooperative, team-driven environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience Level: Must have significant prior experience as an MOA. Beginners or entry-level candidates will not be considered.
- MANDATORY: Proven, hands-on proficiency with Juno EMR.
- Team Player: A highly collaborative attitude with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary clinic-pharmacy setting.
- Solid command of medical terminology and standard clinic operating procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic billing and remittance (specifically ClinicAid).
- Exceptional multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
