Become a vital part of a leading national law firm as a Mid-Level Banking Associate Lawyer. Ideal for those with 3 to 5 years of post-call experience, you will provide insightful advice on complex financing matters and engage with both clients and partners on impactful transactions. Play a key role in mentoring junior associates as you develop your career in financial services. Advise on lending and financing transactions

- Work on complex domestic and cross-border matters
- Draft and negotiate legal documents and agreements
- Licensed in Ontario to practice law
- Preferred 3 to 5 years of legal experience
- Robust background in banking and lending
- Experience with complex financing transactions
- Expand your expertise in banking and finance while delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.
