With 7:7 or 14:14 rotational shifts, this position demands a commitment to workplace safety and leadership. Gain hands-on experience in production planning, ventilation, and scheduling while interacting with underground operations and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure secure productivity and effectiveness of mining operations
- Collaborate with geology and production departments
- Facilitate mine design conceptual meetings
- Optimize ore recovery through safe mining practices
- Visit active underground areas regularly to assess conditions Requirements:
- Mining Engineering Technician Diploma or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in underground mining preferred
- Knowledge of underground ventilation systems
- Strong communication skills for report preparation
