Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori preschool teacher to inspire young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Duties

- Design and implement engaging daily lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Facilitate a prepared classroom workplace that encourages exploration, independence, and respect for each child's unique learning pace
- Observe and assess individual progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones and learning achievements
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a positive learning community
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or working with individuals with disabilities
- Use computer skills to document student progress, prepare educational materials, and manage classroom activities efficiently
- Maintain organized classroom environments that adhere to safety standards and promote optimal learning experiences




- Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities such as patience, adaptability, and proactive communication
- Manage time effectively to balance instructional duties, assessments, and classroom management tasks

Experience Candidate to hold ECE or EEA and montessori training with first aid.

- Prior experience working with children in early childhood education or preschool settings is highly preferred
- Experience implementing Montessori teaching methods or similar child-centered educational approaches is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs enhances your candidacy
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for effective collaboration with families and colleagues
- Proficiency in computer operation for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication tools is required
- Proven organizational skills to manage classroom materials, schedules, and documentation efficiently
- Leadership experience in educational settings will be considered a valuable asset
