- Provide support on Cisco switches, routers and Wireless devices.
- Provide support on Palo Alto firewall.
- Implement firewall changes to support required access will adhering to security policies.
- Maintaining computer networks routers, switches, Aps, firewalls, SD-WAN devices and other physical hardware
- Installing, Troubleshooting and configuring network equipments, Firewall and Wireless devices
- Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
- Implementing disaster recovery procedures
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
- Governance and reporting
- Overall responsible for Network Infrastructure availability and Performance.
Qualification
- Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information technology, and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading and guiding the network team.
- Possess a network engineering technical certification equivalent to a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
- Hold a CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Experience with Network Administration, Network Security, Networking Standards, Network Protocols, NIST/FISMA standards and controls, SIEM platforms and other networking tools, Network Hardware Configurations
- Ability to write and verbally communicate information security and risk-related concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must have robust problem-solving, analytical, communication and people management skills
