- Lead the adoption of dynamic Agentic Systems, collaborating deeply with end-users to ensure technology is a natural extension of their expertise
- Partner with HR and Business leadership to guide a cultural shift, empowering our workforce to simplify routine execution and evolve their roles into strategic co-pilots of AI-driven processes
- Create and animate an Airbus Canada “new technologies” network to drive and accelerate your initiatives
- Build a robust network of counterparts across the Airbus Group and engage with external experts to bring best-in-class innovation to Canada
- Support the governance of the global transformation program (project reviews, communication activities, etc.). You possess solid expertise and a demonstrated ability to orchestrate cultural change during large-scale digital and AI transformations, acquired within complex industrial environments
- You are “agentic fluent” and have exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- You have a good understanding of organizational change management methodology within the context of project management with the agility to adapt to the context
- You have strong listening skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence
- You are at ease in an international and complex environment
