Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Carpenter to join our construction team. This role involves working on various tasks throughout the construction phase of new residential builds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in framing, finishing, and general carpentry, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of construction-related tasks including framing, trim work, drywall repair, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes.
- Assist with the installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, baseboards, and other fixtures.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials as needed.
- Conduct site clean-up and basic maintenance during and after job completion.




- Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Identify and communicate repair or adjustment needs to site supervisor.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in carpentry, handyman services, or general construction.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
- Skilled in the safe use of power and hand tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
