Job Summary

We are seeking a collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our practice for 2 days per week (12–14 hours total). This position offers autonomy, predictable daytime hours, and zero after-hours call, allowing you to deliver high-quality primary care while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.

Working alongside a supportive family physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care assessments, chronic disease management, and preventative care to an established comprehensive family practice.

Duties

- Conduct independent patient assessments, diagnose, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and manage treatment plans within the NP-PHC scope of practice.




- Collaborate with the primary physician and the broader interprofessional care team as needed.
- Deliver primary care, health promotion, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Maintain timely EMR records (Telus Practice Solutions) and complete daily charting within your shift hours.

Qualifications

- Current registration in good standing in the Extended Class [NP-PHC] with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Master of Nursing / Nurse Practitioner degree.
- Primary care experience preferred (new graduates with solid clinical backgrounds are welcomed).
- Familiarity with Telus Practice Solutions (PS Suite) is an asset.
- Current CPR/BCLS certification and CMPA liability protection. environment.

Pay: $60.00-$69.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 – 14.0 per week
