This will be a casual role in the fall, with the chance for a full time maternity leave in January.

Qualifications

- Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, record management, and general office coordination.
- Experience working with office equipment such as printers, scanners, phones, and basic troubleshooting of common issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with clients, families, and team members.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling systems).
- comfort with social media and emerging technologies (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, CANVA, ChatGPT)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is an asset but not required.
- High school diploma required; additional training or education in office administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Must have native or near-native English proficiency
