We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Oil Change Worker to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will perform oil changes efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. The Oil Change
Worker will be responsible for providing timely vehicle maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall operations of our service center.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify additional maintenance needs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support team members in completing additional automotive maintenance tasks as required
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- Fluently able to communicate in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
- Basic understanding of vehicles
