Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate domestic and international product and customer compliance requirements for new and existing products.

· Track compliance status, outstanding requirements, deadlines, reviewer comments, revisions, and approvals.

· Coordinate with QA/Compliance, Product Documentation, R&D;, Marketing/Design, Sales, Production, and other departments to collect required information.

· Ensure final approved documents, customer forms, artwork records, and supporting approvals are properly maintained in controlled company locations.

· Support customer purchase order administration, order tracking, PO revisions, and customer-specific operational requirements.

· Coordinate with Production regarding inventory availability, production timing, quantities, and customer requirements.

· Maintain operational trackers, project dashboards, Asana tasks, customer portals, and supporting documentation.

· Support domestic and international customer setup and new-product launch activities.

· Coordinate promotional activities, samples, customer documentation, and other business projects when required.

· Identify missing information, approaching deadlines, or potential compliance risks and escalate them promptly to the appropriate department or manager.

· Work cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements and assigned projects are completed accurately and on time.

· Provide general operational support and perform other assigned projects as required.

Qualifications

· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field is preferred.

· 1-3+ years of experience in operations coordination, compliance coordination, customer service, order management, product documentation, project coordination, or a related role is preferred.

· Experience supporting domestic and/or international customer compliance requirements is a strong asset.

· Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, manufacturing, distribution, or a retail supplier environment is preferred.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.

· Ability to recognize potential compliance or operational risks and escalate them appropriately.
