What You’ll Do

We’ll train you to

- Perform foot scans and measurements.
- Understand custom orthotics and compression stockings.
- Educate people clearly about their options.
- Explain recommendations simply and confidently.
- Help people understand their insurance coverage.
- Answer questions and concerns.
- Handle common objections confidently and respectfully.
- Follow up with people who haven’t yet made a decision.
- Provide an exceptional experience from assessment through fitting and pickup.

This Isn’t High-Pressure Sales We never want someone pressured into buying something they don’t need.

But there’s a difference between pressure and confidence.

When you genuinely believe something can help someone, we want you to have the knowledge and confidence to explain why, answer their concerns, and help them make an informed decision.

We’ll teach you the products and coach you on the skills. You bring the desire to learn, practice, and improve.

Compensation

Starting at $20–$22/hour + performance bonuses.

That’s the starting point.

As your skills, results, leadership, and responsibility grow, we expect your compensation to grow with them.

We don’t believe exceptional people should stay at starting wages while their value keeps growing.

Who Should Apply?

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, athletics, healthcare, sales, kinesiology, or a similar environment can be helpful.

But experience isn’t what will get you this job.

We’d rather invest in someone with limited experience who is curious, driven, coachable, dependable, and eager for an opportunity than someone with years of experience who has stopped growing.
