Role Description The Owner role at NKT Productions is a full-time, on-site position based in Regina, SK, responsible for leading all aspects of the business and day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing project pipelines, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all production work meets quality and client expectations.

The Owner manages finances, budgeting, and resource allocation, while also developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff or contractors, setting strategic goals, monitoring performance, and making operational decisions that support sustainable growth. The Owner also ensures compliance with relevant regulations, establishes and maintains efficient workflows,



and represents NKT Productions in the local community and industry networks.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, management, or leadership within production, media, or a related creative field.
- Robust skills in budgeting, financial management, and resource planning to support ongoing operations and project delivery.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and business development activities.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, with effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, workflows, and tools relevant to media, events, or creative services.
