We are looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our growing team in Edmonton.

This is a great opportunity for an installer looking for consistent work in a professional, fast-paced automotive environment. The position will primarily focus on XPEL PPF installation for collision repair vehicles, including removing existing film and reinstalling PPF after repairs are completed.

Responsibilities

- Install XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) on repaired vehicles
- Remove existing PPF from vehicles and individual panels prior to collision repairs
- Operate a plotter and XPEL software to cut patterns accurately
- Prepare surfaces and install film to a high-quality standard
- Inspect completed installations for proper fit, finish and appearance
- Work efficiently to complete PPF installations within scheduled repair and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure vehicles continue moving through the repair process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for equipment
- Assist with vehicle detailing, cleaning and delivery preparation when PPF work is not required

What We're Looking For
- Previous PPF installation experience preferred
- XPEL experience is a strong asset




- Experience operating a plotter and working with pre-cut PPF patterns
- Automotive detailing or collision repair experience is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in a busy, quick-paced collision repair environment
- Valid driver's licence
