In this key position, you will report directly to the Vice President of Systems Engineering, contributing to the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program for the Royal Canadian Air Force.
Your expertise in configuration management will ensure baseline maintenance and support program execution. You'll work collaboratively with various technical and non-technical departments, enhancing process documentation and training. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement configuration management systems
- Maintain technical configuration baselines for aircraft and systems
- Conduct configuration audits and verify controls
- Manage Configuration Control Boards (CCB) effectively
- Provide configuration status metrics to leadership
Requirements:
- 10+ years in aerospace or engineering field
- 5+ years in engineering design environments
- Experience with aerospace systems and configuration audits
- Knowledge of CM standards and ISO 10007
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
