Position Overview

Capital Ford Lincoln is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Parts Delivery Driver to join their team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering automotive parts to customers and other locations while providing great customer service along the way. You’ll be an important part of our Parts team and will help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers, dealerships, and other locations.
- Make sure all parts and deliveries are accurate, complete, and on time.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload automotive parts.
- Check parts and delivery information against invoices, packing slips, and delivery orders.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service with every delivery.
- Build positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Pay attention to customer needs and identify potential product or parts opportunities.
- Communicate customer needs and sales opportunities to the Parts team.
- Plan efficient delivery routes and adjust priorities throughout the day as needed.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Complete basic vehicle checks and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
- Keep accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety procedures.




- Assist the Parts team with organizing, loading, stocking, and handling parts as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Parts Department and dealership operations.

- Able to safely lift, carry, load, and unload automotive parts.
- Comfortable working outdoors and driving in different weather and road conditions.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Record of Conduct.
- Previous automotive parts, delivery driving, sales, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and products is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Pay: From $21.23 per hour
