MedSleep provides clinical consultation, sleep testing, and treatment for sleep disorders across Canada. We're growing our team and looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join a MedSleep clinic in Ontario.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact between patients, physicians, and clinical staff throughout the patient's care journey
- Review assigned tasks and patient information, then contact patients to discuss next steps
- Update patient charts and coordinate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
- Email patients with required information and next steps
- Help patients navigate the process – answering questions and connecting them to the right person when needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of administrative experience (required)
- Knowledge of sleep medicine or CPAP therapy (an asset)
- Sales experience (an asset)
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures
- Strong verbal communication and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
- Strong listening and direction-following skills
