- Create current patient profiles in EPIC accurately
- Schedule appointments based on priority and wait times
- Input and update electronic referrals in Epic
- Collect payments and complete Fee For Service forms
- Greet patients and ensure a welcoming environment

Requirements:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma is essential
- About 6 months of related experience required
- Knowledge of Epic and Cadence software
- Bilingualism in French and English is essential
- Effective communication skills required
