Manage branch operations at Ply Gem Canada in Calgary with a focus on profitability and sales targets. This on-site leadership role includes team training and development. In the role of Branch Operations Manager, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for overall branch performance, including P&L; and daily operations.

You will ensure all safety practices are consistently applied while managing relationships with clients. Your strategic initiatives will prioritize client satisfaction and improve overall performance based on key metrics. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure up-to-date training and safety practices for staff
- Achieve sales targets and manage office functions
- Monitor client relationships and satisfaction levels
- Oversee inventory, warehouse, and freight operations
- Conduct meetings to communicate corporate goals Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience in construction
- Robust P&L; oversight skills needed
