Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the sale of new and used powersports vehicles and parts to include but not limited to: ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, trailers, snowmachines, tractors
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects based on their needs and wants.
- Demonstrates the ability to gather product information, pricing, make a presentation to the customer, submit detailed information for financing making it easy for the customer to buy.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, company sponsored events, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Other duties as required by management
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Be able to interact with customers and find a unit that meets or exceeds their expectations either on the phone, on the internet or in person.
- Have an interest in two or more of the powersport markets that we sell and have a passion for at least one of them.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Ability to achieve sales commitments that you forecast.
- Must have a clean driving record.
