Maintain the quality of output produced from the appointed discipline team to ensure deliverables are met to high-level of accuracy.

Develop and monitor the production of designs in accordance with Project, Client and regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units. Monitor the design and drafting progress and report to the relevant Managers on a weekly basis.

Develop technical documentation including scopes of work and specifications using relevant Canadian and industry standards and guidelines. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent ~15+ post graduate experience ~ Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently producing a high quality of deliverables. ~ Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment. ~ High attention to detail and exceptional knowledge of engineering design and calculations. ~ Demonstrate a strict practice of confidentiality, personal responsibility and discretion.
