Solutions’ Video Division is defining the future of the security industry through innovative end-to-end solutions. We aren't just adding AI features to our products—we are pioneering an AI-First software engineering culture. From advanced, award-winning video analytics like Appearance Search and Visual Alerts, we architect our systems from the ground up to maximize the power of Artificial Intelligence.
We are transforming the surveillance landscape, and our team is leading the charge by integrating intelligent, data-driven capabilities into the very fabric of our software ecosystem. We are seeking a Principal Software Developer who shares this AI-First mindset to provide hands-on technical leadership across both cloud and on-premise platforms. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in C++ and C# to architect high-performance, large-scale applications and APIs that natively support machine learning pipelines, intelligent workflows, and automated decision-making.
Beyond core product architecture, you will champion modern engineering practices—integrating DevOps, CI/CD,
and test automation to rapidly deploy and iterate on complex, public-facing systems. This position is based in Vancouver, BC, and the candidate must reside in the Greater Vancouver area, as you will be required to go into the office on a hybrid work schedule. Drive technical leadership and architectural governance across the Video Division.
