The room is a great size and can comfortably accommodate both a salon chair and an esthetics table, giving you flexibility in how you set up and use the space. It also has its own hand sink.

- Other established beauty or personal-care businesses that complement a hair salon

Because the room is within an active hair salon and the ceiling is open to the rest of the space, it is not ideal for services that require a completely silent or soundproof environment.

You manage your own clients, bookings, pricing and business. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being independent but still likes the energy and community of working around other beauty professionals.

Rental Options

Part-Time: $1,250/month

Shared use, up to 3 days per week.

Full-Time: $1,500/month

Exclusive use of the room, 7 days per week.
