You will supervise the Water/Wastewater Process Technologist and support compliance initiatives through data analysis and corrective actions. The role emphasizes fostering engagement while ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and evaluate Water/Wastewater Process Technologist's work
- Act as technical resource for operational troubleshooting
- Monitor and analyze performance data for optimization opportunities




- Plan and execute process optimization studies and evaluations
- Develop and maintain technical procedures and documents Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree in a related field
- Four years of experience with Quality Management Systems
- Two years supervisory experience in unionized settings
- Proven experience in water/wastewater treatment operations
- Knowledge of applicable provincial legislation and auditing Drive operational improvements and regulatory compliance as a key player in the City’s success.
