We are looking to add Production Technicians to the team.
Production Technicians are responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and performing quality checks. Typical duties include placing materials into machines, adjusting equipment, inspecting finished products, packaging items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Workers may also report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors and assist in meeting production goals and quality standards set by the company and quality standards.
We are looking for Production Technicians for the following shifts:
- Monday-Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm
- Monday to Thursday 7:00pm-6:00am (Shift premium for this shift)
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday- 6:00am-6:00pm (must be available all 3 days, shift premium for this shift)
- Overtime paid after 44 hours
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have robust English language comprehension and communication; ability to read, communicate and understand detailed work instructions digitally.
- Maintain a professional attitude and mannerisms with all coworkers.
- Would like to advance within Neocon
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Safety focus
Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 44.0 per week
