Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a machine operator in IG unit manufacturing to fabricate products and spacers for use in IG unit assembly. This vital role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are at the forefront. You will be responsible for supporting various stages of production such as intercept I-3 operations, glass washer operattions, spacer assembly setter, grill inserts for IG units and oven press operattions.

Duties
- Produce standard and custom sealed units
- Observe gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain shift log of production and other data
- Operate process control machinery to cut glass or assemble glass window units
- Clean and maintain process machinery
- Ensure adequate levels of oil, soap, talc, or other materials used in machine production of glass
- Install grills in IG spacer frames
- Use forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the facility
- Perform quality checks on products, verifying proper labeling, and appearance
- Assist with basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities, sanitation activities, and safety checks
