Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common spaces
- Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently within allotted timeframes
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests




- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure readiness for each job
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, skilled, and attentive to client needs

Requirements

- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Experience with laundry services and maintaining cleanliness standards in private homes
- Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
