About You

- You have proven yourself in delivery. The projects you are proudest of were the complicated ones. They light you up, but you still have more to give
- Planning, delivery, navigating relationships.



You take pride and joy in doing it all well
- You have built teams. You’ve seen what works, how to attract and empower the best people and how to set them up for success well into a project lifecycle
- You can hold a room containing a public sector client, a design consultant and a trade partner, each with their own needs, and leave it with a decision everyone can work towards

About the Job

- Complex work, already in the pipeline. Major projects in delivery and in the run-up, not a pursuit list you have to convert before anything engaging starts
- A short reporting line. You report to the person running the district. No layers, no committee; they too know how to attract and empower people like you to achieve success
- Teams you build rather than absorb. Hiring, structure and standards sit with you, which matters when the portfolio is growing and you are the one accountable for delivering it
