Our company's goal is to provide comprehensive, high-quality physiotherapy services and we are looking for an experienced PTA & OTA to join our team. We are looking for an energetic and committed professional who can build relationships with our clients .

- Assisting managing invoices and account billing
- Creating & Submitting OCF-18 Treatment Plans after patients and provider reviewed
- Sending clinical notes to physio clinics and lawyers' offices as required.
- Sending outstanding balance to lawyers as requested
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Manage staff schedules and coordinate staff activities.
- Ensure that the clinic is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Required skills:
- Minimum one years of experience in a similar post preferably within psychological clinics, rehab or physiotherapy centers.
- Have a good knowledge of Universal system is a must.




- Familiar with book keeping and account billing (preferably Wave software).
- Proficient in effectively communicating with both insurance adjusters and legal teams.
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a consistently positive and proactive attitude in all interactions and tasks.
- Working under supervision of OT/PT

Responsibilities:
- Perform exercise with patient.

Requirements: Must have OTA & PTA Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
