Join a multi-year Investment Platform Transformation Program focused on modernizing technology and data capabilities across investment, operations, and finance teams. This role serves as the quality command centre for defect governance, quality metrics, root cause analysis, and readiness assessments across complex transformation delivery phases. The position works closely with technology, business, finance, and vendor stakeholders to support release quality and operational readiness decisions.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

- 10+ years in testing , quality assurance , defect management , and technology delivery supporting large-scale transformation programs
- Defect triage , severity frameworks , root cause analysis , quality reporting , and closure validation
- Azure DevOps , ServiceNow , traceability , workflow controls , and dashboards
- Investment platforms , IBOR , ABOR , accounting , and reconciliation environments
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field

Nice to Have
- Aladdin, SimCorp, CRD, Calypso, or Eagle PACE exposure
- Experience supporting investment management transformation programs
- Exposure to complex data and integration environments

Responsibilities
- Own and facilitate the daily defect triage process across business, technology, data, finance, vendor, and system integrator teams
- Define and maintain defect severity, priority, escalation, retest,



closure, and exception frameworks across workstreams
- Monitor the end-to-end defect lifecycle from identification through resolution, retest, evidence validation, and closure
- Lead defect escalations and drive ownership and resolution dates for critical and high-priority issues
- Produce quality metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis on defect volumes, severity, ageing, leakage, reopen rates, and resolution performance
- Assess defects impacting release quality, operational readiness, financial integrity, data integrity, and program milestones
- Provide executive-level reporting on quality trends, material risks, unresolved issues, mitigation actions, and readiness decisions
