Reporting to the Manager of the Centre for Program Review and Accreditation, you will advise on program development approvals and manage multiple projects that enhance the quality of education delivered. Your cooperative approach will drive efficiencies and ensure that academic standards are met and maintained. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee quality improvement projects in academic settings
- Collaborate with faculty and staff on program guidelines




- Track project deliverables and accreditation progress
- Coordinate cyclical HR planning processes for operational stability
- Develop and streamline processes for educational excellence Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- 5-9 years in academic program development
- Proven experience with quality assurance methodologies
- Advanced data analysis skills, especially in Excel
